- Each game will be eight players a side
- Each game is 20 mins - 10 mins each half
- No penalties
- No offside
- Only indirect free kicks
- Nearest player to be three yards away at kick off for free/corner/goal kicks
- Foul throw-ins to be retaken properly
- Keepers allowed to pick up back passes
- U8s and U9s keepers allowed to kick out of their hands, U10s and up must roll the ball out of their hands
- Further clarification to the above: Under 10s and 11s teams please note that goalkeepers are only allowed to throw the ball, they can kick the ball on the ground but may then be challenged. This does not mean dropkicking the ball, it means playing the ball in the manner of any other player on the pitch.
- Any number of subs
- All subs must play
- Subs go on and off at half time
- Subbed player must be off the field before replacement can go on
- The ref will immediately stop the game for injuries
- The game will be restarted after injured player has been treated or subbed
